Welcome to my Buzzing at BFI London Film Festival page! I thought my website was all set but clearly I was wrong as it was missing this page. I want to create this page so all my BFI London Film Festival content will be in one place.
I still can’t believe that last year it was my very first time at the festival and this year I’ll be back for the first as a press delegate. And they say dreams don’t come true!
On this page you’ll find everything from reviews and films I cannot wait to see to my festival experience and so much more. I hope this page will give you an all access pass to everything that is happening at the BFI London Film Festival from my perspective.
Can’t wait to share this journey with you! BFI LFF I’m ready!

‘Train Dreams’ is one of those films that stays with you long after the credits roll, thanks to its simplicity, beauty and rawness. ‘Hamnet’ by Maggie O’Farrell tells the powerful story of love and loss that inspired the creation of Shakespeare’s timeless masterpiece ‘Hamlet’. I will stand by what I said as I left the gala: ‘Hamnet’ is not a movie you go and see but a movie you feel deep in your bones, in your body, in…

There’s something so special about seeing a film with its cast and crew in the room and being able to applaud them for their work. Watching ‘Bad Apples’ at the London Film Festival with the cast and crew in the audience was a wild ride from start to finish. There’s something so thrilling about not…

‘Twinless’ is my favourite film from the 2025 BFI London Film Festival so far. As I’m typing this I’m wondering if that will change by the end of the festival or if I’ll still feel the same way. Knowing myself, I’ll probably have several favourites that I can’t decide between but we’ll have to wait…

This review doesn’t contain any spoilers and honestly no review of ‘A Private Life’ should at the moment as it’s the kind of film you have to see and experience for yourself. Revealing too much would only take away from the tension , the jokes, the surprise and the many emotions that unfold as you…
